What we process and why

We use the name, contact details and project information you provide to answer enquiries and discuss working together. The basis is steps before entering a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without the information needed to contact you. For security and troubleshooting, the server may log your IP address, pages visited, time and browser information. The basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working.

Cookies

The essential cookie pll_language remembers your language for up to one year. construction_consent stores acceptance or rejection for 180 days. If you accept statistics and they are enabled on the website, the Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_* distinguish visits and remember session information for up to 180 days. Essential cookies support your language and consent choices. Statistics cookies are optional.

Statistics only with consent

If Google Analytics is enabled on the website, it starts only after your consent. It helps us understand page visits and the use of contact links. Google receives the page address, browser and device information, language and visit time, and may determine an approximate location. We do not send your enquiry message, email or phone number. Processing is based on your consent. Advertising personalisation is not used.

Data recipients

DigitalOcean hosts the website. Our email provider processes correspondence. Google receives statistics data only with your consent. The website contacts Google Fonts and jsDelivr to load fonts and technical libraries; they receive your IP address and technical connection information even without statistics consent. Retention

We keep correspondence as needed to answer enquiries, work on projects and meet legal obligations. Security, troubleshooting and recovery needs determine retention of server logs and backups. Your choice and rights

Rejecting statistics does not restrict use of the website. Withdraw consent through “Cookie settings” in the footer by selecting “Reject analytics”. This stops further collection and deletes accessible statistics cookies. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.
