Project timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the project. Construction and supervision work is planned in stages, with clear deadlines and milestones set out in the contract.
Does the project location matter?
We mainly deliver projects in Latvia. Include the project location in your enquiry, and we will assess whether we can take on its management and supervision.
Are the costs fixed?
We agree the scope of work and budget in writing before work begins. Any changes are discussed and approved in advance, before they affect project costs or completion dates.
What warranty applies to the work?
The terms of the workmanship warranty are set out in the contract. The warranty period depends on the type of work and is specified in the proposal before work begins.
